I hate taking medication of any kind, though I did accept his vitamin recommendations. That is helping with my energy level I think. You have been going through some stuff. I am glad that you were able to change jobs because I bet that helps your mindset quite a bit. I know how it feels to work for someplace that you come to despise and it is not easy. I know Mac knows the feeling (although I think he ends up hating ANY job he gets because it keeps him from his Keith's for too long - LOL). Seriously, good for you for your new healthy habits. It's not always easy but I know you will feel better when you know you are doing something for yourself. :) As for the blogging, you just keep checking in with us every so often and we will be happy with what we can get.
