There are a lot of things available to drink that are worse than coffee, Schlitz Beer for one.

I am certainly happy to know you are around and about again. I’ve cut back on my coffee to about a half pot per day. Some changes are good.

The main stress is work related, but that affected everything else, and I don’t need a masters. Never did. I really just need a good long vacation, which I will be taking about a week and a half in July.

You have been missed! I’m glad to see you back but sorry that you had so many stresses in your life. You worked so hard at school too! But you know what – your health comes first – emotional, physical, and spiritual. Anyway, I hope the next few months are so good that they make up for April for you! Hugs!
